Shipping policy

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Cutie Pie Finds Limited currently only support international orders where our printing manufacturer, Printful, delivers to. Printful have a list of countries that they can ship to, so please do check out their website for more information. Shipping time can take from 7 up to 30 days as we use print on demand, they strive to make, pack and ship as quickly as possible. However as each item is made to order delivery times can change depending on the product and which country the product is manufactured in. Printful aims to fulfill orders at the facility closest to the end customer. 

Some orders may require additional shipping charges due to tariffs, weight and size limitation. Orders with the incorrect or incomplete contact information and shipping addresses (entered by the customer) will cause delays in the customer receiving their orders. Additional fees may be charged to reship an order a second time. An order that is refused will be charged the original shipping plus the return shipping it takes for the package to get back to our facility.

Delayed Shipping

Based on rare circumstances with our print on demand service there may be times where their could be delays with shipping times. We are trying to keep on top of all packages so that they are delivered in a timely manner. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
